License Identification Error - License Renewing

My license is expired and I wanted to renew it by running setup.exe. I am stuck at this point because of the erorr. The product code should be correct for Creo 8.0.4.0.

I tried reinstalling, still doesn't work. 

How can I fix this?

Hi,

when you want to get new license, you have to delete invalid license file MartinHanak_0-1682685402851.png.

Also remove the line in installer window.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the reply, I did what you said but the error is the same. Any other ideas?
