License of creo 4.0 and 5.0 student version could not be installed

License gets installed for the first time but when system restart, license failed.

Every time i need to reinstall license.

Please help with this

Hello,

 

I bet the issue is that the license gets locked to the wireless network card and after restart the wireless card is no longer active.

Try enabling the wireless and it should work.

The license is based on the Mac Address of the computer and if the card is disabled, the license can't find the host and it gets the error message and shuts Creo down.
