License problem

While I was downloading Creo 4.0 and review the instillation steps. I lost my internet connection and lost the steps with the license code. Once the internet resumed, the download finished but I can't access the program because I still don't have the licensing code. Is their anyway to receive a new licensing code for the free student version of Creo 4.0?
