License request failed for feature

Hi!

i have installed creo, the license for students was accepted 1st time, and when i open any creo application, the message i get is  "License request failed for feature". I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the applications but this time the license won't work... I have uploaded the license copy from mail in C: ProgramData: PTC:Licensing, but i get the same problem as the first time. Help pls.

Please launch Creo Parametric, enlarge error message window to display the complete message, make a screenshot of the window and attach it to the reply.

Launch Windows Explorer, go to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory, make a screenshot of the window and attach it to the reply.

Thank you, i solved it after all. I reconfigured Creo and reintroduced the license that remained from the 1st time.
