License Request Failed for Feature after verification,

I have verified and installed my license multiple times, and I keep getting this error. 
I have the license in my files, not sure what to do now.

so here are some screenshots of what's happening and what I have. Correct me if I'm wrong but the liscense I have is correctScreenshot (3).pngScreenshot (4).png right?

Hi,

 

installer saves license files into hidden directory C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. Show us the contents of this directory.
