License request failed for feature (creo 4.0)

Hi,

I recently broke my old laptop that had my Creo Parametric 4.0 (student version that was gotten for free), because of that I got a new laptop and downloaded Creo on my new laptop. For some reason, whenever I tried to start the software, I kept getting the error message that is attached below. Please help me out. I really need this program to finish my homework. Thank you.
