I get this error when I open Creo Parametric 9.0.0.0 which says 

License request failed for feature

 

Requesting CREOPMA_Student6 ...

C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI_license.dat:(-21) License file does not support this version.

 

Run prcstatus.bat for server status

 

Any help to solve this problem would be appreciated.

Hi,

BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI code is related to Creo 8.0.

When installing Creo 9.0, you have to use BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI
