License request failed"zwrsLiscense.lice"?

Hi folks,

I shot an e-mail out to -, but thought I might get a quicker response here. The below error has a really funky license name. Just wondering if anybody's seen that before.

Also, when attempting to reconfigure the install, there's nothing for the license file and it doesn't seem to be possible to add a new license file.

Any help appreciated.

    Josh,

    That is not a Creo license file. If you run reconfigure.exe, you should be able to click the "-" sign to remove a license and generate a new one using a product code. If you already have the license file, you could browse to it. Ours come with a .dat extension (but .txt will work also).

    Hope this helps. I'm out till Wednesday but someone will get the - email tomorrow.
