Hello all,

Yesterday I have downloaded Creo 5.0 student version and the installation worked fine.

But after opening the application it is showing that the license is not valid for this version. What should I do?

Hi,

check your email box ... maybe PTC sent you license file via email.

In case that you received email:

  •  save license file to disc
  • launch installation
  • do not enter Product code
  • enter path to license file to Source field

Sometimes installer has problems with network cards. Please open Command Prompt window, enter ipconfig /all > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file. I will check its contents.
