    Hi,

I got the same Problem, too.

I want to install Creo 3.0. After using the license-code from the pdf and entering my username and password, I got an error. (Username and password both correct!!!)

I tried to skip the part with the license, but then I will be asked for the license when I opened creo and I can´t use creo.

    Please help!

    Hello,

got the same licensing problem with the academic version of Creo 3 (WIN10-64).

My Username/Password are not accepted during installation, but there is no problem for me to log in on ptc.com.

If i check there my license status, nothing can be found.

I have tried it as admin and standard user and tested several keys, found in the installation pdf and here.

    Can anybody help me?
