Many problems installing ProEng

Hi!

I am trying to install student edition of proEng. I started with the "install from web"-option, but installation stopped at 2%.

I then tried downloading Creo 5 on DVD, but the link is broken.

I then tried the two zip-files, but after the license-generating step, the installation hits an error and dies.

None of the options works. What can I do?

    Hello Thomas,

    What web browser did you used when downloading the DVD? Can you try with other web browsers?

    Hi Val.

    I reach a "you don't have permission access" page, and it happens on all browsers. I thought I had permission.

    Re-hello,

    Does the error look like this?

    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access .....WF5_Student_DVD.zip on this server.

    Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at apps.ptc.com Port 80

    You can Refresh the webpage and allow the pop-up blocker(s) to open the download window.

    Now I have tried downloading the DVD on two different computers, but I still get the "Forbidden"-page when clicking on the link.
