Mathcad 14.0 (Academic Version) will not install from CD

I have repeatedly attempted to install the Academic version of Mathcad 14 I purchased several years ago when I was in Grad School onto a new desktop via the "register online" process, but I continually get installation errors, and the process will not allow me to proceed.

60545CD140-MO10 is the serial number on the CD case.

Machine is a Intel I-9, with a RDX 2700 Super graphics card and Windows 10 (Pro)

    Hello,

     

    Mathcad 14 is a really old PTC product and is no longer supported (for many years now...). Please try purchasing Mathcad Prime 6.0 (our latest product), or simply use Express edition if that is enough for your usage.
