Mathcad 9 Student license

I am trying to install this on a second computer. I am an engineering student and have a laptop and a desktop. It is installed on my desktop but want it on my laptop as well. It won't let me do it. Do I need another .dat file?

I am trying to do this but what do you mean by physical address? Why do I need to give my IP? I paid the $63 for the upgraded version and don't understand why I need to give my IP? That makes no sense to me. I am also getting a host ID error in the form. It is populated with the Null.
