Mathcad student vesrion license error

Hi, first of all i want to thank PTC for providing free Mahtcad edition for students of , but i have some problems with the license the program can't recognize  my email or even my back license file that was sent to my email

this picture shows the massage the program shows me

Mathcad version : Prime 3.1        Windows 8.1 64 bit

    Hi,

    it looks like license file mentioned on your picture does not contain MATHCAD license. Can you open license file in notepad and publish a picture of notepad window?

    it seems like i only have three licenses not including mathcad

    1-Creo 3.0 Student Edition Standard

    2-Creo Direct Modeling Education (Student)

    3-Creo Layout Student

    Hi,

    you are right about licenses you found in license file. MATHCAD license is missing .

    Unfortunatelly I do not know how to request MATHCAD student license.

    I think you can request MATHCAD license using following tip:

    Email you request to -

    -OR-

    enter your request on http://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/academic_case_logger/academic_case_logger.jsp
