Moving Education License to new PC

I have an Education version of Creo 11 but need to move this to a new PC. The nature of the existing license does not allow me access to the licence manager tool or e-support. Is there anyone who can give me some advice please.

    Hi,

    Please contact academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.

     

    Host ID ... this means physical address of network card

    • if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
    • if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address
