My PTC Creo download stopped before it fully loaded how do I restart down load.

I started my free download of PTC Creo for our First-Tec team and part way through it stopped and I can not restart it or find any way to reload it. What or were do I go?

    Can you provide some more information on what the issue was?  Were you using the download manager or HTTPS to download it?
