My ptcsetup.exe keep gave me an error message.

My program is Creo elements pro strudent DVD (3.18GB)

my labtop is window7 64

i just clicked a ptcsetup.exe but it gave me an errir message.....

Can you guy help me?

(i don't expect you guys can understand my language in my labtop screen........)

Ji, can you you tell me what exectly is written there in the error, first you can choose the english version during installation.

Can I ask where you got the DVD from? Was it downloaded or attempted to be installed from a DVD?

Where are you located? What state?
