My school license

Hello, Creo is saying my license is not valid but it is the one my school provided me how can I fix this?

Hi,

you can contact PTC using email academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. They will send you license file.
