My student edition won't install.

I have been trying to install the student version of CREO 2.0 and when I try to enter the product key, a window pops up and says "PTC Installation Assistant has stopped working" and no explanation as to why. I have attached a jpeg of a screen shot. I've submitted support requests and have heard nothing. What's going on?

    Hi Benjamin,

    I have sent you an email directly, and would like to resolve this issue off of the community as I believe it has to do with where you got PTC Creo from.

    If my hunch is correct, we can just send you a new download link for the installer and you will be all set.

    Oh, and I dissabled my firewalls and everything too. Still didn't work.
