Need to establish Center of Excellence in my college for CAD [Creo] and PLM [WindChill]

Hello All,

I was trying to reach out to PTC, as i want to establish Center of Excellence in our college in India for CAD Design [Creo] and PLM [Windchill].

But unfortunately, I get the meeting scheduled with person based out of Europe or outside country.

So they decline the meeting saying " I have to get the contact who is from India " and they provided the contact email ID wherein there is no response as such to my email requests.

Can anyone help me with the proper contact, where i can start discussion in establishing the center of excellence in our college in India.
