Need to upgrade my current software from Prime 10 to the Prime 11. Would like to upgrade to access Python features.

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my current software from Prime 10 to the Prime 11 student version. I purchased my license in March this year and would like to upgrade to access Python features as well. Thank you!

you can request license file via email. Please read https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Creo-Parametric-9-0-Student-Edition-Licence-error/m-p/897846 discussion. The procedure should work for Prime 11 student version, too.

    I think you own student license valid for 1 year, therefore I guess that PTC will provide you MCP11 license for free.

      Thank you for the link to the Prime 11 student license information. However, I currently have a Prime 10 student license and am wondering if upgrading to 11 for free is an option.

      Hi,

      send request for license via email and tell them that you need Prime 11 license.

      In my opinion, you are a "paying customer" and therefore you might be eligible for a Prime 11 license.
