New Windchill Users

It's a new season, so trying to add new students to Windchill.  All created their accounts, then I tried adding them to our Windchill project via email search.   Some showed up in the search and some didn't.   I can provide the user names/emails, the team is FRC4931, Edwardsville Technologies.   I remember this happening a year or two ago too, but don't remember the solution.

    Hopefully the PTC Academic team has taken care of any problematic accounts for you. When adding new members is it always best to add them by email address and make sure the team members have created their PTC account with the same email address.
