Node-Locked License generation fails- "access denied, insufficient privileges"

Hi, I created a PTC.com Academic Account and downloaded Creo 12 University Edition. When I try to generate a node-locked license in the Installation Assistant ("Node Locked License Generation"), I'm redirected to my.ptc.com/licensing/dashboard and get the error "Access denied – insufficient privileges". I did not receive any Sales Order Number (SON) by email, only the account confirmation email. How can I get my academic license activated?
