Not able to Install PROE Student Edition

I have downloaded the free copy of the student edition of PROE Wildfire 5.0 and started the installation.

The process takes me to the Installation Progress Screen and seem to stall at 1% of Copy Files and 0% of Download Progress.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the programm may be too many times. Now PTC company thinks that I have exceed the installation attemps.

I don't have a single copy working. Please, someone help?
