orient rotation (mouse middle button) tool problem in pro-e

Hi to All,

Hope all are do well,i have installed pro-e 4.0 version,However the orient rotation(mouse middle button) is n't working.

I am n't able to rotate a model while working on.Please advice how to fix it,

The problem with mouse only i changed a new one and it's working fine now,
