Parametric 10 crashing on some commands

Hy everyone, i have problems with creo parametric 10 student. When i use the annotation symbols it tells me that it was created by  a commercial license and so it doesn't work on mine, plus i have the same problem when i try to modif. I use the italian version, sorry for the attached file.
