parametric.exe does not run after install

Help please. I have a Mac, bootcamp. My laptop should meet the system requirements. I've tried uninstall, reinstall a few times. I made sure the firewall, etc were disabled. I've added the graphic instruction text file. I've pretty much tried everything I can find on the internet and in these forums. Nothing works.

It appears my install was successful. The problem is I cannot run creo parametric, even in adminstrator mode. I get a user account control prompt asking if I want to allow the following program from an unkown publisher to make changes to the computer. Program name: parametric.exe, Publisher Unknown and file origin Hard drive on this computer. I click on Yes and the circular swirl appears as though something is going to happen. After a few seconds it just disappears and nothing happens.

What do I need to do as I have a school assignment due in a few days!
