Pending Prerequisite

Hello people.

I installed  Creo 6 Student Edition i september and everything worked perfect. Today I couldn't start the program  so I uninstalled everything, but is unable to install it again.

Creo Direct, Layout, Parametrix and Simulate all get the "Pending Prerequisite" status.

 

I've read some walkthroughs but havn't still gotten it to work.

    Thanks for the reply. I've read that forum post before I posted mine. It didn't solve my problem... 😔

    Here's what worked for me:  (based on https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs182686)

    1. Use Add Remove Programs to uninstall Creo Platform Services
    2. Download Creo Agent clean up tool - creosvcs_regfix.exe
    3. Extract the zip file
    4. Open a command prompt with admin privileges (run as administrator)
    5. Change directory to the extracted folder
    6. Run command "creosvcs_regfix.exe --clean"
    7. Reinstall Creo
