PLMS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CAN'T JOIN CLASS.

Every year I set up the PLMS for my high school CAD class. It takes a while to get everyone signed up and attached to my assignments but the payoff is worth it to the dedicated student.

Anyway, this year I have 2 students who I can't seem to add to my class. They have signed up correctly, but they are rejected when I try to add them.

Can someone help with this?

Here are the 2 e-mail accounts:

    Hi Brett,

    I just added Fodee to the system, so you should be able to add him now. I haven't seen a registration request for Melissa yet, so please have her register again at http://plms4schools.ptc.com.

    I tried adding Melissa today, but got a bounceback email saying her email address wasn't a valid yahoo address. Could you verify the address she used?
