Pro-E/Creo student edition 5 license server reports "license request failed for feature"

I bought this license last week, and have reinstalled several times. Have installed CREO 2 and CREO 3, including trials. Same error. I also cleared all licenses before each install attempt.

 

What do I need to do to get this software to work?

Hi,

PROE_StudentEdition5 is license for ProE Wildfire 5.0 or lower. You cannot use it to run Creo 2.0 (33.0) or Creo 3.0 (34.0).

Ask PTC to send you current Student license.
