Pro E Schools Edition Wildfire 5.0 Won't Install

I've been having trouble like many of the others with the threads on here, having the same problem: the internet based downloader only reaches 2% when it says copying files and never goes any farther. When I tried downloading the full DVD version, it said 403 forbidden, so if you could help me fix this dilemna, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    You will have to download the DVD.

    You should be able to refresh the webpage and allow the pop-up blocker(s) to open the download window.
