problem about creo 1.0 ptc install manager

every time that i open the ptc install manager in order to get my license. the ptc install manager begin to run when it up to 100%, it is disapear and never come out. I try many times but still cannot open it. what should i do?

    This is probably due to antivirus or firewall preventing the installer from running. Log a case at www.ptc.com/go/academic-support including the version you are installing and your Host ID/MAC addresand we will generate an offline license for you.
