Problem downloading Creo 3.0 Student Version

When attempting to download Creo 3.0 student version, the "PTC Creo View Express" application is "unsuccessfully" downloaded and prevents the other applications from installing. I have had this issue 3-4 times now and have tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions. I am on a 64 bit windows 7 ultimate operating system. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

    dowload full installation package (~4GB), unzip it and install.

    www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp
