problem "error" with the licence

Hello, i want to install creo 9 University edition for my studies. 

When I entered BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED under sales number order or product code. It didn't go through and displays ERROR in red.

Same with the BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI code which some people of my university used. 

I alredy had creo and my licence expired so i needed to install it again and i have already done it with the second sales number. But this time, it says "error" to me.

hello, i also saw that i could do that

 You can contact academicsupport@ptc.com (via e-mail). You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.

 

Host ID ... this means physical address of network card

  • if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
  • if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address" 

 

But i do not know if it is the same for creo 9 because it was the answer for creo 12, 

And i do not understand where is my host ID, is it the login name for creo ?
