Problem with the downloaded zip file

Hello,

 

I've downloaded the "MED-100WIN-CD-390_M070_Win32-64" zip file, twice, from the website url https://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp . I face the same problem once again. The zip file is said to be incomplete. Here is an image of it when i try to extract it.Capture.PNG

Please help me with it.

Hi Deepak,

It's possible that the zip file isn't complete because your antivirus or something else is blocking it. What is the size of the downloaded file? Also, have you tried using a different program (such as 7zip) to unzip it?

    The downloaded zip file should be approximately 4.24GB. It appears that yours is not.
