Problems with educational version

I have downloaded the university/educational version of Creo twice and have followed the instructions whenever I try to open a program it says "License request failed for feature"

      Hi,

      during installation you have to enter path to license server, i.e. something like 7788@ServerName. Ask university Creo administrator for a help.
