Problems with the installation of the education license

I've tried to install the software with the education product code provided . When inputing the code, after login with the ptc credentials , the software created a .dat file but was empty and the instalation software kept saying incorrect or wrong format file. Afte trying 3 times the same procedure with the same result, now when i tried again it says :"you have reached the maximum number of licenses request available for your product type"
