Problems with the License

Hello,

i had problems with the online activation of Creo, i could never procede.I think i solved the problems but now it says that i have already tried to often to registrate. Is there any way i can reset my profile or something like that so i can registrate properly?

PS: Iam using the license my University purchased for its students.

    Hi David,

    Can you please send me the product code you are using and the MAC address (PTC HOST ID) that is showing up at the bottom left corner of PTC.Setup? Please send the information to -. I would be happy to create your license for you.
