PTC account created - "there has been an error"

Hi,

I am bit unsure what has happened, I am part of the University of Nottingham, filled in registration form, but then my email that I received told me an account has been created, but there has been an error, and I don't seem to be able to download creo to do my Uni work.

Does anyone know how I can overcome this?
