PTC Cloud Portal: Template Library is missing

Hi,

 

I'm starting the Windchill Technical Essentials course. One of its instructions is to "Create a Windchillvirtual environment from a template".

 

When I sign into PTC Cloud Portal, there is no Template Library in the sidebar menu, so I'm unable to create an environment:

The browser console has errors:

Any suggestions?

I raised a support issue and got this response (my emphasis in bold):

> when the partner account has no Cloud Portal credits nothing will show up in the template library for the user. The partner’s admin can purchase credits through the Partner Portal.
