PTC Creo 2.0 Academic Edition license (german)

Hi.

I bought the PTC Creo 2.0 Academic Edition (german) recently and got the download-link. I also sent my student-ID to the given email-adress.

When I try to install Creo I'm requested to type in the order code to get my license. It alwyas fails stating "Fehler" (error).

Can anybody help me with this problem?
