PTC Creo 4.0 Student Version doesn't open (not a download issue)

Hey all, I've been using the student edition of Creo for a few weeks now (Parametric mostly) and it has been working fine. When I went to open it yesterday as normal, the loading symbol shows next to my mouse, yet no window opens and no error message shows. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I already tried looking for the config.pro file as said in other help windows on this topic, but can't find it on my computer, so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you ahve not saved any options yet, you likely have no config.pro.

This question would be best asked in the Student Edition area, @Jaime_Lee can move it there for you. This area is for questions about the community itself.
