PTC Creo 7 setup.exe not running

I have downloaded Creo 7 from school PTC program and I unzipped "MED-100WIN-CD-450_8-0-0-0_Win64.zip" archive. Then, following "PTC Creo 7.0 - Schools Edition - Quick Installation Guide", I disabled antivirus and firewall. Then right click on setup.exe --> run as administrator.
Nothing happens. I placed the unzipped installation package into a C:\PTC_install directory and launched C:\PTC_install\setup.exe, nothing still happened. I have a 64 bit computer and I am running windows 11

Hi,

Windows 11 operating system is not supported. You can try changing setup.exe properties and set compatibility mode to Windows 10 (if this option is available).

Also you can try copying Creo installation from another computer.

P.S. "MED-100WIN-CD-450_8-0-0-0_Win64.zip" - this is Creo 8.0 package.
