PTC Creo 9.0 setup.exe file doesn't run

Hi,

 

I'm trying to install PTC Creo 9.0 on my Windows 10 Pro 22H2, but the setup.exe file doesn't work. It doesn't even run when I run it as administrator, even if I disable the firewall application.

Hi,

  • create C:\install directory
  • move unzipped installation package into C:\install directory
  • run setup.exe from C:\install directory

Which folder are you running the installer from?

Hi, I'm running it from Downloads folder. Does it have to be run from any specific folder?

Hi,

  • create C:\install directory
