PTC Creo Free Trial

How long does it typically take to be able to download the free trial? I've already filled out the form to request access to the free trial (URL link here), but that was 2 days ago and I still haven't received any communication. Furthermore, when I called PTC for support on this issue, they only directed me to community.ptc.com and said they could not transfer me to anyone that I could speak with directly on this.

My question has more to do with after filling out the form on the website (which I gave the URL link to above) how long does it take for PTC to reach out to provide the download information?

The links in the PDF take you to the download page. The filling out of information is so you have a login to retrieve your license after you install.

 

Download the software, install and then when you launch it will ask for a login. Use the information you submitted on the form.
