PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 wouldn`t start

Hi,

I got a problem while launching PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 M070 Student Edition connected with the Quality Agent, error code - 0x0000000b (see at the picture). After opening the PTC told me that application hadn`t been closed properly and suggested me either to open new session or to load the last opened one. But whatever I chose he gave me the window like at the attached picture and PTC Creo is shutting down. And after that my CPU is loaded fully on 100% by two processes named "qualityagent.exe" which i have to close manually.

Should I update the Quality Agent for anything new or to do anything else?

Kindly help me sort this problem out.
