Ptc install manager doesn't install

Hi guys

I have a problem with the ptc install manager.

Everytime i try to install it, it extracts the files but then does nothing anymore and

windows tells me the programm wasn't installed correctly.

Can someone help me please cause i need the licence.

I use windows 7 professional x64.
