Reconfigure Tool Fail

I am trying to transfer a single-user Mathcad 15 license from one laptop to another. I tried invain to use the Reconfigure Tool.

What does it mean when the reconfigure tool asks the MAC addres for the source server? This should mean my old machine, but I am thrown off by the word "server". In any case, when I put my old machine's MAC address, the reconfigure tool returns 0 CPUs found! What flagrant mistake am I making?
