Regarding 3D Model view

Hello guys, 

I am facing this problem whenever I move cursor 3d model, it starts to show like this picture(WA0003) as I move my cursor but when I move the cursor again then it starts to show as normal as in the picture(WA0005) please help me to resolve this issue.
