Schools Configuration - Stuck

Hi:

I am having difficulty configuring for the PTC Creo for schools.  When I run the .bat file I get the error that the file is not copied when I extract the zip file to ....\PTC\PTC Creo 3.0\[]\Parametric\common Files\Creo_standards

If I extract to \PTC\PTC Creo 3.0\[]\common Files\Creo_standards, I get the error of "Access denied"

I believe I have set the proper permissions.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Does anyone have suggestions on how to set permissions so that I can write to C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\Common Files?  I have followed instructions from

    PTC Creo 2.0 & 3.0 – Schools Configuration Guide, but continue to get an "access denied" error when I run the .bat file
